This masterclass is a gentle introduction to the basics of Tai Chi for anyone who’s curious, interested or has thought about learning. We’ll explore foundational principles that are widely praised and often recommended by doctors for improving balance, stability and supporting long-term physical health.
No experience is needed, and everything is adaptable to your body and comfort level. This class explores movement, structure and balance while introducing Tai Chi as a form of moving meditation, helping calm the nervous system, soften unnecessary tension and build greater awareness through mindful movement.
* For this workshop, “masterclass” means a focused, in-depth introduction to the foundations, no prior experience needed.
