Start your week with gentle, flowing movements that center the mind and strengthen the body. This class blends moving meditation, breath and energy healing with movements to support healthy joints, bones & connective tissue. We also practice to improve balance, build functional strength and increase internal awareness. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.
