Beginner Tai Chi & Qi Gong class

Learn the foundations of Tai Chi and Qi Gong in a supportive, beginner-friendly setting. This class introduces gentle, flowing movements that calm the mind and strengthen the body. We focus on alignment, balance, softness and basic footwork while building a mind–body connection. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll support healthy joints and posture, improve balance and functional strength, and help calm the nervous system.

Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30 am in Pearl River, NY

(Parking is free along Franklin St. and John St.)

Cost: $20. drop in or 6 class pack option

Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing & supportive shoes. Bring water.
