Yes, I offer beginner Tai Chi and Qi Gong class designed specifically for those who are new to the practice. Where are classes held?

Classes are held at United Methodist Church in Pearl River, NY. I also offer a Saturday online Qi Gong class for those who prefer to practice at home or are out of the area. I teach at the Mahwah Public Library on Mondays and Spring and Fall at the Ramsey Community School. Check my schedule for the latest times and locations. link

What should I wear to a Tai Chi or Qi Gong class?

Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes that allows for easy movement and unrestricted breathing. Supportive and comfortable shoes are ideal for better stability and alignment. Bring water. No special equipment is needed.
