About: The Six Healing Sounds is one of the oldest Qi Gong sets passed down through the centuries.

This version is a modern consolidation based on ancient texts. It’s the result of a research project involving Qigong masters, linguists, musicians, and doctors of both Eastern and Western medicine—as well as archaeologists. The outcome is a powerful and accessible form rooted in both tradition and science.

Each sound uses a specific tone and mouth shape that resonates directly with one of the internal organs: the Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys, and Triple Burner. The mouth shape creates the connection, while the sound sends a vibration that travels through the organ itself.

This set is deeply rooted in breathwork, helping expand lung capacity and build respiratory strength.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is the season when the Lungs are most active, making this the perfect time to learn and practice this form.
